Video calls are similar to telephone calls but you can see the person too.

Instead of using a telephone, you use a specific tool on your device. There are various tools that can be used, including Zoom, Teams, Messenger and Whats App.

It can be easy to get confused by the different tools that can be used - but they all do essentially the same thing - allow you to call someone to see and speak to them.
